Many men can spend their whole life living with undiagnosed ADHD and only get diagnosed later on in life.
Their undiagnosed ADHD can lead to mental health difficulties and other challenges.
Alex Partridge is one such man, who was diagnosed with ADHD aged 34.
Aged just 21, Alex Partridge founded UNILAD and LADBible, social news sites which now have a following of 100 million people around the globe. A legal case over ownership in 2017 tipped him over the edge of the cliff into alcoholism, triggering years of mental health issues until, aged 34, he was diagnosed with ADHD.
Alex is the host of the popular ’ADHD Chatter’ podcast which has helped countless individuals make sense of their own ADHD diagnosis. His book 'Now It All Makes Sense,' is his story of ADHD.
In this episode I talk with Alex about his ADHD story, how his undiagnosed ADHD impacted his life and how his diagnosis aged 34 changed him.
As ever, this episode provides hope to men who maybe living with undiagnosed ADHD and Alex's amazing story is full of hope and inspiration.

I'm a London based adolescent and adult chartered psychologist.
