What if I told you that there is an organization that helps first responders find counseling in the area in which they live, with qualified experienced counselors who understand how to help cops and firefighters? And what if told you that this was entirely anonymous and no one from your agency had to know about it? And what if this organization that finds the counselors and vets the counselors and protects your anonymity, will also pay for the counseling?

That's what Compassion Alliance does, and I've brought in John Little to talk about it. John's not only the chairman of the board for Compassion Alliance, he's also a 20 year veteran homicide detective.
