I spent long hours over the past couple of days finishing a project, and oh boy, do I feel the tension in my body. It makes me think of my husband and all the professionals out there who sit in front of a computer all day—how challenging the mental exertion and body stiffness must be.
So here’s a tension-releasing meditation to bring awareness back to the body, release tension, and give this body so much love and gratitude for all it’s capable of doing to make things happen.
I hope this meditation is helpful and that you take the time to care for your body after a long day at work.
