Ali Grant founded digital communications agency Be Social Group 8 years ago as one of the first agencies with a focus on influencer marketing, she had a vision about the major opportunity for this new aspect of the industry. Fast forward to today, her agency has worked with hundreds of leading beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands on influencer campaigns, with big names including H&M, Nordstrom, and Disney, in addition to launching a talent management division of the agency that works with some of the biggest influencers in the business. This rapid success and growth of Be Social Group led the industry to take notice, and just last week, the agency announced it has been acquired by Dolphin Entertainment, a leading independent entertainment marketing and production company.

Ali discusses with Yola how she was able to sell her agency while staying CEO, Post Malone's wine, Team ABS and finding fulfilling relationships.
