Finding a connection to your heart is so important in 2024.

It’s time to open up to the Heart energy and allow yourself to embrace all the feelings of the Heart. Up levelling your frequency and energy field is the key in 2024. Release the stories you keep telling yourself, FEEL through the emotions and create the space inside yourself to find peace, healing and transformation.

It is also extremely healing to run through what you just experienced, giving you clarity and understanding.
