On this weeks episode, we have Dr. Anne Hussain, Naturopathic Doctor on the show to help us learn about our periods, the right way. The education around periods is lacking, and a lot of grew up without literacy around this vital component of our health, which lead us to have even more questions are we became adults. We wanted to ask every questions we have had ourselves or heard from all of you about periods, nothing was off limits!

-What a 'healthy period looks like'
-Why its not normal to be in pain during your period
-Why you don't need to cycle sync your workouts to your periods
-'Hormonal balance' and why this can do more harm then good when we are discussing medical conditions that can involve changes to the periods
-Why we gain water weight, why our cravings change and why our mood changes during certain times of the cycle
& some great tips to dealing with period discomfort
