MLB World Champion, Ryan Thompson, joins Glenn on the Field to discuss the mechanics of playing baseball and what college coaches are looking for in today’s players. Thompson shares the science behind base running, throwing, catching, fielding and hitting the ball correctly and talks about why honing these skills are the most important fundamentals to help improve your ability to play baseball at the collegiate level. Ryan also reflects on what it was like to play nine seasons in the major leagues, winning a World Series title with the NY Yankees and the techniques he continuously worked on in order for him to bypass college and make the jump from High School straight to the pros.
