“I had no idea it was going to be like this”
“This is overwhelming and I just don’t know if I can do this”
“Everybody else seems to be going through it with ease & I am over here struggling”
I said these exact words to myself when I started my Yoga Teacher Training and I’ve been having conversations with teachers who are in training right now… and they are saying the same.
Because I know what I know now, I can talk them off the proverbial ledge and I can help new teachers understand that, yes this is a lot of information, but you don’t have to remember it all, enjoy the process, and understand that this is an opportunity to learn about yoga and more importantly… about yourself. And these teachings can be applied to all areas of your life, forevermore :)
