Due to health issues and winter in frigid Michigan I hadn’t exercised in a while, but recently walked my 1st mile of the 2022. It didn’t go how I expected. It took me 46 minutes to complete compared to only 15 a year earlier. My chest pain was brutal and I had to pause multiple times. The good news? I made it, I learned, and I adapted. This is how we grow.
