Isaiah and Amy throw a caution flag about instant gratification and looking for answers to problems in the wrong places. You might be looking for answers in the right places. But often we fall into the "scrolling our phones" pit. Or google "medicine for weight loss", "supplements for energy".
Maybe the issue is more in what is being prioritized. Are you getting your basic needs met first before you spend the money on the cool tool or magic pill?
