It's officially autumn/fall! The CB duo sits down with their drink of choice (Divya with a PSL and Ravisha with a regular latte... yep, she's not a PSL lover) to chat about all things fall - from feelings, transitions, and coping with shorter & darker days.
The pair start by discussing how not everyone is a fall lover. With Ravisha not being a huge "fall fan", she often felt like an odd one out with her lower mood, sadness, and struggling with transitioning to a less busy schedule. On the opposite end, Divya loves the cooler days and more relaxed weekends at home. They share why fall can be harder for some than others (yes, there's lots of research behind this) bringing awareness to the many emotion-related struggles that arise during this time of the year.
