Are their times you are busier than others and you can't avoid auto-pilot? It's needed for survival.. a future podcast. lol I'm going into that season at work and just wanted to take a quick moment to reflect on what I've accomplished by living intentionally and give an update to regular listeners on what's going on in multiple areas of my life.
