In the wellness world, we are weathering a huge shift in supporting people’s goals. With the massive surge of body positivity during the Covid-19 quarantine, we have seen a huge swing back into the direction of dieting and weight loss.
Truth is, we can be grateful for our bodies and struggle to see the beauty of our bodies. And if we’re honest, in the food category, our body positivity may sound something like “at least I’m not starving myself to get skinny.”
Beauty, confidence, and body appreciation are feelings. But what we struggle with is how to BOTH manage these body confidence feelings while taking care of our health.
In today’s episode, I talk about ways we can use body positivity actually to fuel our healthy habits.
