Ana is a dedicated health and fitness professional with a bachelor’s degree from Wingate University, obtained in 2016. As a former collegiate swimmer, Ana has always been passionate about athleticism and physical well-being.
In 2017, she moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, and began working as an ocean rescue lifeguard, showcasing her commitment to safety and public service. Ana furthered her expertise by becoming a certified paramedic in 2019. In 2022, she channeled her extensive knowledge and experience into starting her own business, focused on helping people improve their health and wellness.
