One of the most unfortunate things about life is death. It is absolutely inevitable and there's no way to escape it no matter how hard you try. This harsh reality will confront you several times throughout your life. Have you ever wondered how some people seem to get through it better than others? Have you ever wondered the secret to handling tragic loss of life?

Well I'm sorry to disappoint you, there is no magic ingredient. However, there are time tested strategies that have been proven to help you through the grieving process. Handel and loss of life is never easy, but it does not have to be the life ending crippling scenario that you often see. I hope that in this episode I can provide you with some strategies that will help you throughout this very difficult process.
