For me the biggest thing I worry about with my busy schedule is burning out. I’m sure a lot of you can relate. Whether you’re doing music like me or running a business or working or taking care of your children. Life can be alot so it’s best to take certain precautions. Now there’s plenty in life we can’t control so let’s focus on what we can. To me recovery is the key to staying in the game but there’s many different types of recovery we need to keep yourselves at our highest level.
