In today's super short episode, we chat about the temptation to relapse, be as sick as a certain person or reach a certain weight. Whilst this temptation can be incredibly distressing and alluring, we talk about how the desire to deteriorate decreases as recovery strengthens. Soon, you will build a life outside of your eating disorder that is not worth giving up just to become smaller.
