Preventive Healthcare has to be called Sick
Prevention care is essential because of what we are doing.
We (!) try to prevent people from falling ill.
Our work is to make people aware of their lifestyle.
Inform and guide them to have a
healthier and more joyful lifestyle.
A healthy lifestyle is also a productive lifestyle.
A healthy person is productive and profitable.
Every profitable is an asset
to himself and the company. Why should we implement Prevention in the commercial sections?
- Healthy employees deliver better quality work
- Healthy employees deliver more work
- Healthy employees deliver a continued production
- Healthy employees do motivate each other to a higher level (of
production)
- Healthy employees communicate better
- Healthy people make money
- Healthy employees are easy to manage/lead
- Healthy employees can build a pleasant environment
- Healthy employees make work enjoyable
What is the result of sick people in your work staff?
- Sick people are a weak link in production
- Sick people deliver lower-quality or work
- Sick people deliver disturbances during production
- Sick people are very demotivating for all others
- Sick people find it very difficult in communicate
- Sick people take a heavy toll on management
- Sick people cost money
Typical manager's diseases are ;
Stress-related skin rashes
Pain in muscles and joints
Concentration problems
Feeling tired
Sleep problems
Eating disorders
And so many more, which finally led to a total dysfunction of the manager. BURN OUT
Recognise them?
Time for action!
We can conclude now.
Healthy people make a better company.
More flourishing and more profitable.
Health = wealth!
