Teri Daugherty, co-creator of the modality Energy Healing with Light, "The Lightswitch", teaches us how to own our own power to transform our lives.
In this powerful episode Teri shares her story of transformation of what led her to become an energy facilitator and ultimately create her own modality. She explains what energy work is, how to switch and clear your own energy. She discusses how to clear generational trauma, the best thing you could do for your children and how to live at a higher level of consciousness and self-awareness.
Teri has been involved in energy healing for over 16 years, intergrating it with massage therapy. She currently facilitates group sessions, works with people individually, and teaches and trains others in all of her modalities.
It brings Teri all the joy to be able to share her knowledge, experience and tools, in turn helping others and themselves spread love and light.
