Top down, bottoms up, that’s the way we like to learn! In this info-packed episode Grace is giving an overview of the two different processing styles, how they both play out in the classroom and workplace, why bottom-up processing leads to so much rumination and overwhelm for autistic people, and ways to accommodate yourself and others depending on your brainhole type.
