Bijal Shah is a book curator and bibliotherapist, a freelance journalist, an author and
a poet. After a decade-plus career in investment banking, Bijal was really keen to
pursue her passion for literature, writing and psychology having successfully
published a non-fiction book titled 'The Happiness Mindset' having written the book
post-completion of a diploma in psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy. She
now curates books for clients for personal interest and mental well-being.
