Rachel Gersten is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Viva Wellness in Brooklyn, NY. That's hometown! Not only did she double major, but she has a black belt and runs half and full marathons! She's an amazing therapist and an even more amazing person. This podcast went a little more inspirational, but that's ok. We hope this podcast inspires others out there that listen in.
