Manage episode 349980232 series 3427026
This podcast is for people who want to learn about Pelvic Health and how to improve their quality of life. The hosts, Ann Margaret Howard, a technologist and Dr. Lori Mize an expert in the field of pelvic health physical therapy, team together for both a patient and medical expert point of view. They discuss the importance of pelvic health and how it affects everyone. They also share personal stories and provide information on how to improve pelvic health.
The Pelvic floor and bowel, bladder and sexual function is an important area of our health that all people can relate to but have a difficult time discussing. Pelvic health conditions are highly underserved, particularly in women, and there is so much nuance associated with these things. During this podcast conversation, our goal is to normalize conversation and to share personal stories to help others return quality, satisfaction and pleasure to daily life.
It's time to change the trajectory of the conversation around Pelvic Health. And it starts with me, and it starts with you, and it starts with all of our listeners at home. PHreedom from within. The floor is yours.
