How long are you willing to stay in psychotherapy?
Or do you want to just get better?
This is what Joy wanted.
To get better – faster.
As a bioinformatician, she worked with big data sets
and could not accept that in her psychotherapy she depended on paperwork, as if it was still the 20th century.
You’ll hear in this episode

  • what is digital phenotyping
  • what passive digital data do you generate on your smartphone
  • how it can be used to support your mental wellbeing and connect a therapist with a patient better

You will also have a better understanding of Gen Z’s mental health needs.
My guest today is Joy Bordini, the CEO of Go Healthy. A powerhouse really that has a rare ability to understand both emotions and complex tech. Specializing in AI and bioinformatics, she used to perform whole genome and exome sequencing, working on complex data sets.
Go Healthy & Co. is an early-stage Swiss startup that supports diagnosis and therapy response analysis in mental health by using digital phenotyping. Their software is meant for clinics and mental health providers and in the end, to serve both patients and therapists.
