Asma is a social scientist and life coach. Her story is about perseverance and overcoming obstacles. Since a teenager, she has been a leader from a young age, extremely active in youth organizations. She has spent all her life volunteering for nonprofit organizations in her community, and in 2012 she started a nonprofit organization to serve cancer patients through art projects. As a first-generation immigrant from India, she faced many challenges in balancing her Indian heritage with her American upbringing. A few years ago, battling anxiety, she went on a profound journey of self-discovery. Through her work and life experiences, she discovered how cultural conditioning and social constructs create limiting belief systems for women. She realized how women internalize these beliefs and restrict their work and life potential. Women Leaders Ignited is genuinely focused on helping women create the self-awareness they need to become unstoppable. Her mission is to help women worldwide develop their natural abilities to lead and succeed in life.
