This episode is less of a how-to and more of a call to action. It’s about helping you realize the power of having a plan in place to deal with any tough topics that might come up. It also encourages you to focus on your own energy and the person that you want to be in these situations rather than on the actions of others. And it wouldn’t be my podcast without a very personal story thrown in the mix.
