Ryan Doherty is a Coach, Author, Intuitive Energy Worker and Co-Founder of "Starling Collective"; a Belfast based Charity that supports people who have come to Northern Ireland to seek asylum or have been granted refugee status.
Ryan has been a friend for a decade and it's such a pleasure to have him share his profound wisdom on the show.
"I have brought myself back from the depths of darkness and depression to remember that no matter what You Are Already Free." Also the title of Ryan's first book, in which he highlights some really useful and practical ways to free oneself of the sometimes tedious and exhaustive mind.
