Voter enthusiasm this presidential election has waned in two Central Indiana counties, according to preliminary counts. Three women — two incumbents and a newcomer — won seats on the Hamilton Southeastern School Board. The Hamilton County Democratic Party filed a complaint with their county election board on Tuesday, stating several polling sites failed to open on time. When the polls closed Tuesday night, Election watchers from around the country turned their attention to Hamilton County, Indiana, a place that many thought may lean more Democratic.
