Manage episode 442183725 series 3362772
Marcia Moreno Littman started dancing at the age of four and was instantly in love! Excelling in tap, hip hop, ballet, and contemporary, she became a professional dancer at age 15 and won the title of Miss Dance International for the United States in 2000. Marcia has danced in many shows including “The Fashionistas”, Cirque Du Soleil’s “Zumanity”, the role of the Dreamer in “Le Reve”, Twyla Tharp’s “Come Fly Away” Broadway Tour, American Idol, and Dancing with the Stars. After many years of struggling with an eating disorder even at the height of her career, she began embarking on her journey of recovery at the age of 29 to save her life. At 41 today, and after being recovered for 11 years from ED, she takes great pleasure in coaching others through their recovery journeys. She completed Carolyn Costin’s coaching program to become a certified CCI eating disorder coach with great pride in 2023. For Marcia, being a coach and guiding others towards recovery is a true calling of the heart.
