Sometimes it may be GOOD to feel SLOW & BAD 😬! Hard training should not all be flowers, ponies & “smart” tools.

Phil Sesemann wants you to understand that it is OK to feel tired and keep training. If you are doing HEAPS of long or hard sessions, at some point in the next few weeks it will get harder. But you will rebound 🚀 if you structure your training well!

In the 106th episode of The Training Science Podcast, Paul and Phil discuss:

🥇 how he qualified for the Olympic marathon race by just seconds;

🤸🏼‍♀️ that training needs to be ADAPTABLE;

💥 the caveats and details of combining INTENSIVE & EXTENSIVE training;
