Today, we're thinking about therapy, movement and touch with Ashley Brodeur of The Feelosophy.
Ashley is a Registered Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and Trainer, Breathwork Facilitator, Sagittarius ;) and the Founder of The Feelosophy Supportive Touch Methodology for yoga teachers and health practitioners.
She longs for a world where we are at peace with ourselves, where we can seek comfort in community and reach out for a hug from a stranger. She believes in the power of movement, mindfulness, breath and supportive touch. She craves freedom and am constantly seeking adventure, nature and a moment in the water.
