Chris Barlow is a designer and builder of puppets, props and creatures for TV, film
and theatre as well as an illustrator and sculptor. In this episode he talks about why
and how we may have come to forget the importance of play as adults, the
importance of using our imaginations to help us feel better and why creativity needs
to be and is fundamental to all of our day to day lives. He reflects on his own journey
of loss and grief, and how this helps him remember how precious life is, and why we
should make every effort to be ourselves and life our most authentic life.
