The Zesty Dietitian Podcast is here!

I am so so excited to launch my podcast. This very first episode covers a topic of great interest on social media and among my clients lately - cortisol and inflammation. Cortisol and inflammation are complex topics, and absolutely have an impact on fertility and hormonal well-being. On top of this, there is frankly a lot of BS advice out there, and at the same time, a lot of evidence-based interventions that we can use as members of our community and individually to regulate cortisol and inflammation.

Episode correction: Cortisol levels in the average human are at their lowest around 12 am, and start to rise again around 2-3 am. They then peak at 7-8 am.
