Jon Passaro is an executive and team coach based in Paris, France. He developed his no-nonsense approach to coaching with a lawyer's sensibilities in mind, based on the decade he spent working as a lawyer in top-ranked international firms and on the in-house legal team at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)). With his results-driven approach, Jon helps his clients to navigate the challenges of demanding careers by clarifying their clients' and colleagues' expectations, and what they need to do to satisfy them; developing a better understanding of their coworkers' and clients perspectives; improving their self-confidence, and reconnecting them with what gives them meaning in their career, so that they can rediscover the motivation they had when they first started working.
