This podcast is aimed at those taking part in the Reading Half Marathon, particularly the more inexperienced runners - those who have never run a half marathon before or who only done 1 or 2. However, the advice is also really useful to anyone who wants to run faster, longer and stronger. The Twyford Health Club team talk about training, recovery, other things you can do in the gym to help your half marathon experience, nutrition, weight training for runners and their own Reading Half Marathon experiences.
