Show yourself love - Daily Affirmations with Coleen will be a weekly affirmation stop point where I’ll list out 10 affirmations for you to say out loud to yourself, write them down on your phone, or add as a new journal entry which you then reflect on throughout your day and week.
Speaking affirmations to yourself can shift negative thoughts and promote confidence, positivity, self-love, and motivation.
Affirmations are my tool kit for starting out each day when I’m high, excited when I’m feeling a little low, or when someone gives me the ick.
Here are this week's affirmations
- I am enough. I have enough.
- I am in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.
- I can do hard things.
- I allow myself to be more fully me.
- I believe in myself.
- I am refreshed and full of energy
- I will fill my days with positive activities that make me happier.
- I will accomplish my goals today and for this week
- I choose to see the beauty in every moment especially those that are stretching and teaching me to grow
- I accept myself exactly as I am without judgment.
Remember be your own cheerleader.
