Today I want to dive into the shadow or dark side of Imposter Syndrome. I believe we are too quick to label & dismiss what could be some helpful introspective moments in your growth. I share some of my own experiences as well as likely an unpopular take on the coaching industry at large when it comes to this topic. It's not enough to desire something or create a vision - you must also work to deepen your knowledge & other skillsets around your craft. This is the path to mastery. This is the work.
