Entrepreneurship, partnership & leadership: a conversation w SizzleSociety co-founder Samantha Salas
Manage episode 442891229 series 3575086
Sam and I launched SizzleSociety in the fall of 2023. They say you're supposed to find partners with opposite functional backgrounds. File that as the first rule we break in agency life.
While we both have a background in marketing, Sam's superpowers are completely different than mine. She is our team mom, guided by intuition, empathy, love and light. She is the ultimate hype woman and will say "Let's go." when all other signs point to "no." She feels just as comfortable with a Chief Vibe Officer title as she does with a Chief Marketing Officer title.
This podcast is special not just because it's episode 25 but because it's the first time we've really given a peek behind the curtain of how we work together. It's almost always chaotic in a perfectly imperfect kind of way.
Topics include Sam's journey into fitness, her unique approach to marketing, and the importance of collaboration and empathy in leadership. Sam emphasizes the need to explore passions and the boundless nature of creativity, encouraging listeners to embrace their potential and pursue their interests.
