It's (one of) The Most Stressful Mom Times Of The Yearrrrrr! In today's episode, I'm sharing my practical tips (as a Mom with 3 kids starting preschool, pre-K, and first grade this year!) for allll the back to school things - getting back on a good sleep routine after the summer slump, how to avoid your own confusion and chaos in the lead up weeks (spoiler - you're going to need to fill out 646787 forms for each child), preparing for the morning rush, and how to set your child up for the least stress and most fun before, during, and after school in the first few weeks!
