In today’s conversation, we’re diving into cold water this week. Jacqui Hargrave is a super inspiring open water swimmer who has gradually delved into the world of cold water swimming, which has seen an explosion in the UK in recent years.
She blogged her experience, and that blog has exploded just as much as open water has, attracting over a quarter of a million readers in recent years. Since taking the dive she has completed a channel swim, a brutal two way swim of Windermere, which is a 21 mile swim and has qualified for the International Ice Swimming Championships…
This is the story of someone who has stumbled on a new hobby and turned it into a complete passion, so I really hope if you need some inspiration today, that this conversation is the boost you need to go and try something new.
