I'm diving into the importance of using visualization exercises to connect to the emotion attached to your dream so you can keep it alive.
Part of the process of getting to that next level is going to be really, really hard. You are going to have plenty of negative emotions along the way. To push through, it helps to give positive emotions, equal airtime to the negative emotions.
