Coty recounts both successes and setbacks, including a deal in California that resulted in a loss of $120k. Despite challenges, he remains optimistic and shares his goals of acquiring 2 single-family homes per year, closing on a 50-100 unit apartment by the end of 2024, and starting a hedge fund with $5M in liquid assets.
