This Thanksgiving is going to look a little different for some use as we continue to navigate life in this global pandemic. The air of festivity might not quite be like it was pre-pandemic but we still have a lot to be grateful for.

I want to share the lessons I learnt and reflected on in 2020 that still hold true this year. I encourage you to reflect on all you have gone through and acknowledge that you are still here! You are still above ground and any day above ground is a good day. So while the merriment might not be as you would like and even if it is; take a moment to bask in appreciation and gratitude.

I hope you enjoy this episode and the reminders I share with you. I pray you too will reflect on the lessons you've learnt so far. Celebrate that you have learnt them even if they were painful. I send you an abundance of love, peace and well wishes for the day and for the rest of this year.
