In this week's podcast, I share how I managed to Transform Your Relationship with food. I share my experiences with struggling to maintain a healthy weight and my journey towards mindfulness, food and personal well-being. I discuss the weight loss and gain cycle and emphasize a transformative approach towards food. The approach from @kylecease book, 'How I Screw This Up' on evaluating daily activities and focuses more on those bringing joy and happiness, hence transforming my relationship with food. I also discuss combating loneliness, the dating world, and meeting my now partner which all have added to my journey of self-discovery.
