Joburg Emergency Management Services spokesperson, Robert Mulaudzi has given Joburg City Power the greenlight to assess the damage caused by an underground fire along the M1 highway near Braamfontein yesterday. They believe the cause was cable theft and vandalism of underground infrastructure. The fire caused a power outage in several surrounding areas. SABC News Reporter Calvin Dludla revisited the area this morning and he joins us now to give us the latest in terms of where things are at the moment……..
