First things first, I need to make it clear that you should be following some type of plan in the gym. If you're just winging it, you don't know if you're making progress or not because you have too much variety. So, get a plan. Next, you need to figure out how to make that plan adaptable to your ever-changing lifestyle. If your plan calls for 4 days per week, but you get busy with work and can only make it 3 days per week, how do you change it? In this Minisode, I break down some of my best programming tips for adjusting your workout plan effectively. Hope it helps!
