In Episode 2023_43 host Tim Becherer interviews martial artist and book author Randal Henry. Randal has a deep history in studying several Korean martial arts and being a student of the legendary Hapkido master Bong Soo Han. He has also taken up study in the art of Capoeira and written a book with his wife on that art.
