In this week’s solocast I share the top 3 lessons that I’ve gleaned over the years throughout my awakening journey to support you in following your soul path.

- Nobody cares more about YOUR dreams than YOU do.
- People judge what they don’t understand.
- A meaningful life is one in which you take risks and make mistakes because that is how you grow.
Make sure you tune in until the end because I also share my favorite experiential practice whenever I notice I’m allowing other people’s opinions, projections, or fears to infiltrate my field. It works every time, gently and gracefully, and keeps me in a place of neutrality.
