Steph Musser is one of my all-time favorite SOS trainers. Her no bullshit training style can scare me a little TBH, but there's no doubt that she brings out the best in me each time I take a class from her.
In this episode we talk about her strong personality and how athletics helped shape who she is. We also touch on her hubby, her journey to motherhood, and that time when she lived in Vegas.
