On todays episode I’m joined by the Love Engineer himself Alan Watts. Alan is a relationship coach who helps single men and women along with couples to navigate the world of love and relationships. And he knows a thing or two about it having navigated a marriage break up and re found love with a new partner. He’s also written a book or two on the subject and recently started his own podcast.
Expect to hear what Alan went through when his marriage broke down and what he did to overcome it, why he believes that every experience we have that we don’t want is a learning opportunity, how jumping from one relationship to another for purely physical reasons lacks the deep connection we so desperately crave, and why inner work and healing is imperative, plus much much more.
